Ingredients
100 g Calamarata
40 g Swordfish
50 g Eggplant
50 g Cherry Tomatoes
15 g EVO oil
Basil qb
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Slice the eggplant thinly, cut the swordfish. In a frying pan put the oil let it heat up, add some basil, add the eggplant and swordfish, brown and add the cherry tomatoes, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain in the prepared sauce and toss to coat, adding a little basil.
