Ingredients
120 g Taralli
60 g Butter
60 g Sheep’s Ricotta
20 g grated Grana Padano cheese
6 Cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Blend the taralli coarsely, melt the butter and incorporate it into the taralli, mix well and with the help of an 8-cm ramekin create a circle and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. In the meantime create a mixture with the ricotta cheese, the grana cheese, salt and pepper. Cut the cherry tomatoes into four, take out the taralli fill them with the created mixture, shape well and with the help of a knife unmold, place in a dish and decorate with cherry tomatoes and extra oil.
