SENSORY PROFILE
Brilliant pale straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, floral and aromatic notes typical of the variety. On the palate, light and crisp, with a harmonious balance of acidity and softness, and a pleasant, lingering finish.

Ingredients
100 g Fusilloni
100 g Zucchini
50 g Provolone
15 g Butter
15 g EVO oil
Basil to taste
Grana Padano cheese to taste
Procedure
Cut zucchini into thin rounds, in a skillet add oil, incorporate zucchini and cook until golden brown. Cook pasta in boiling water, incorporate butter to zucchini, drain pasta and toss with grana and add diced provolone. Add basil and serve.
