SENSORY PROFILE
Bright straw yellow color. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, citrus fruits, and subtle mineral note. Medium-bodied with good volume and structure on the palate. Well-balanced with a pleasant acidity and long, clean finish.

Salmon Tagliatelle with Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC • Vita Mediterranea

Ingredients
100 g Tagliatelle 
50 g Smoked Salmon
50 g Cooking cream
20 g EVO oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Procedure
In a frying pan, heat the oil and place the salmon cut into cubes. Let it heat over low heat, add the cream cooking, a drop of water and cook for 5 minutes. Put some water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and lower the noodles. After 2 minutes drain the noodles and incorporate into the sauce, stir the noodles so that the ingredients to mix well. Plate and serve hot.
