160 g Goat and Honey Ravioli
50 g Cream
50 g Frescopecora
1 Dried Tomato
5 g Summer truffle
Procedure
Create a cream with the two cheeses over low heat. Cook the ravioli in boiling water, drain and incorporate the ravioli into the cheese cream. Mash the ravioli with the cream and serve, completing the dish with the sun-dried tomato and summer truffle.
